Your team is the lead for stakeholder relations at Alex's Engineering. As outlined in the exercise scenario, Alex's Engineering has been hired by the City of North Bay to redo the waste water system under Lakeshore Drive between Marshall Ave. and Marshall Park Dr. 

The waste water project has run into a few issues. It is your team's job to determine which stakeholder(s) will be impacted by the issues, how you will communicate with the stakeholders and submit three (3) written examples of your communication with stakeholders. 

 Issues 

Your project has run into additional issues that will cost an additional $500,000 for the City of North Bay. 

The winter was extra-long this year. You weren't able to break ground until the end of May. This pushed back your project by a month. Your project will not be completed by August 30. 

Between the week of August 14 and 20 water will need to be shut off to homes between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Step 3: Identify how you will share the information to each appropriate stakeholder
