Business is booming, and the City of Cincinnati has just ordered some scooters to try out in its downtown neighborhoods. Because it is known as the Queen City, Cincinnati has requested that its scooters' decals feature crowns or other "royal" symbols.
The problem is that Cincinnati has ordered 50 scooters, and the city wants them delivered in a week. Normally, the business can only produce about 20 scooters per week, so this is more than double normal capacity. Good problem to have, but the pressure of the deadline has left some of the employees who report to you arguing among themselves about how they are going to get this order out.
