Zac is staying at a 5-star hotel. While he is in his room the chandelier hanging above his bed falls loose and crashes onto him. He is injured badly as a result. It turns out that the chandelier should have been maintained by the hotel but in an attempt to cut costs, they have decided not to maintain it as often as they should. Advise Zac as to his legal options against the hotel.
