Zack submits an application for homeowners insurance to an insurance company on behalf of his client, Miss Lyn. Even though, Miss Lyn is the registered owner of the property to be insured, she did not disclose to Zack that the house is being used for a catering business on the insurance application.
Meanwhile Miss Lyns sister Azi plans to buy life insurance for her daughter, Myra and adopted son, Mus. Mus has been staying with Azi since he was two years old after his parents passed away in a car accident in 2008 and Azi loves him very much. Last couple of days, Azis new house was caught on fire but no one is harmed in that incident only the kitchen was badly damaged. Azi has insured the house for RM200 000 under Afeeqa Insurance. Yesterday she was told that RM75 000 is required to restore the kitchen. She plans to recover for RM100 000 for the loss from Afeeqa Insurance.
