Zoey has an oral contract to sell 1,000 baseballs to Barry for $1 each. Zoey ships 600 of them to Barry and he accepts the delivery. Several days later, he tells Zoey he wants to back out of the contract and he says he can do so because it was not in writing. Barry has to pay $600 for the 600 baseballs that were delivered, but can cancel the rest of the deal. O Barry cannot cancel the deal anymore -- he must purchase all 1000 baseballs O Barry can cancel the deal, return the 600 baseballs, and pay nothing.
