On 01 March 2016, the company obtained the following financing package from D&C Bank Berhad to finance its business expansion: - FACILITY Cash Line-i Fixed asset financing (1) AMOUNT RM500,000 RM2,000,000 TENURE 3 years 9 years CONTRACT Tawarruq Tawarruq PURPOSE To finance working capital To finance the purchase of a factory. Repayment for the fixed asset financing due every 25th of the month. Last installment was paid on 31 March 2019. Subsequently, no payment was made on 30 April 2019 and 31 May 2019. Explain what is the status of the financing as at 31 May 2019, in accordance with the Guidelines for Classification and Impairment Provisions for Loans/Financing issued by the Central Bank of Malaysia, dated 16 April 2015. (ii) The account remains unpaid until 30 June 2019. On 05 July 2019, the bank officer conducted a site visit and found that the factory is closed. The company's directors also cannot be contacted. Further checking with the other nearest factory found that the factory has been closed since two months ago.
