Suppose that the HR department in your organization has received an increased number of complaints from employees

Question:

Suppose that the HR department in your organization has received an increased number of complaints from employees about possible sexual harassment incidents in the workplace and it has designed a training workshop to address this issue so that the number of future complaints could be reduced. Suppose, further, that all employees in one division of your company who were either Supervisors or Non-supervisors were required to complete this pilot training program.

Participants in this workshop were asked to complete an email survey at the end of the workshop, and one of the key questions on the survey (Item #24) is given in Fig. 5.18, along with some hypothetical data, so that you can test your Excel skills on a small sample of participants to see if Supervisors and Non-supervisors rated the quality of this HR training program differently.image text in transcribed
