Creative Homework Choose a food category that you know well and that has several brands that compete in the marketplace. Develop a perceptual map for that category. First, you will need to create two dimensions on which you will compare the brands (see Figure 7.5 to see how it was done for the steakhouse industry). Once you have your dimensions, place the brands in the quadrants based on how closely they fit those descriptions. Be prepared to share your results with the class.
