A leaky integrator is made up of an inverting op amp with a parallel R_fC circuit in the feedback path and R₁ in the input. See Fig. 12-33(a), with R₁ = R_f = 1 kΩ and C = 1 mF. The network function of the circuit and its frequency response are found by applying KCL at the inverting input of the op amp.
