(draw it or obtain a copy of it). How specialized is this structure? What is its degree of centralization? What does the span of control look like and how appropriate is it?

How many levels of management exist? Is this enough or too much? What are the relationships between line and staff positions? Are they appropriate? Assuming you would like the university to run as efficiently and effectively as possible, what changes would you recommend making to this structure and why? If no changes are recommended, why not?
