Served in various capacities at Operations, Social Media, Training, NPS and Business Planning and Customer and as acedamic advisor and As a teacher . As a Team leader, played a major role in building strong teams. My teams received team-of-the-month Award 2 times.
Being a teacher giving classes on Ielts as I have strong grip on it , went through while course by exploring different modeules. In Addition, I have strong communication skills due to my extensive experience in multinational organisation in services, communication and marketing. This skill enables me to guide the candidates at their level of understanding.
Moreover, I have coached on board more than 60 new hire, freshly graduated candidates .Provided them basic training regarding the company profile, kpI’s , skill set and primary product knowledge . By and large ,facilitated these candidates with all the basic knowledge and well equipped them for next practical journey.
Further more, I am quick learner , problem solver, creative thinker and good decion maker . My 10 years experience make me accountable candidate and self driven. My leadership skills lead me to be a good listener, effective communicator, flexible member and polite counseller. I have developed strong communication abilities and fostered a reputation as a key contributor through critical thinking and problem-solving skills while working as a trainer. Currently I am learning different skills of computer to excel in my career which I will definitely add in my skill set ones they would be done . Being a multitasker and great learner , I just need a plat form to show case my skills.
