Examine the user docwnentation for a computer system at your school or job. Is it clear and easy to understand? Would it be understandable to a user who knows little about computers? Are the failure messages easy to interpret? Is there a listing of failure mess.ages separate from the user's manual? Is it easy to look up topics in the documentation?
