b. Find the median and the upper and lower quartiles.

c. Draw a box plot for the data and look for outliers.
Does this conclusion agree with your results in part a? [hint: Since the z-scores and the box plot are two unrelated methods for detecting outliers, and use different types of statistics, they do not necessarily have to (but usually do) produce the same results.]
