In 2020, Kaggle provided a data set for a company that wanted to hire data scientists and wanted to find the most suitable candidates. A section of this data is saved in the accompanying file. The data consists of the education level of 2077 candidates and the hours of training they have undertaken.

a. Use the graphical method to describe the education level of the 2077 candidates. Does the graph suggest that there are a similar number of candidates at any two education levels? How is this information of value to the company?

b. Find and interpret descriptive statistics for the number of training hours received by the 2077 candidates. Use this information to form an interval that can be used to predict the training hours undertaken by the next candidate who applies.
