Exploitation of workers. Refer to the Academy of Management Journal (December 2019) investigation of workers exploited by upper management, Exercise 11.99 (p. 677). Recall that the researchers measured (using 7-point Likert scales) both the level of perceived exploitation and the level of anger/hostility for each in a sample of 186 workers. The data (simulated from information provided by the study) are saved in the file. The first 10 observations are listed in the table.
