=+6.22 On April 1, 2000, the Bureau of the Census in the United States attempted to count every U.S. citizen and every resident. When counting such a large number of people, however, mistakes of various sorts are likely to arise. In 2000, many people were employed by the Bureau of the Census who were, in essence, trying to verify some of the information obtained by other census workers. Suppose that the counts in the table below are obtained for four counties in one region:
