Two perspectives are presented in this chapter to justify education costs. In the minimization of knowledge gaps perspective, the relationship and contact with customers is emphasized as a driver for developing an education plan. The danger of an organization member at this level lacking knowledge is apparent, but what advantages can be developed through this same scenario?
