Ask a colleague to:

identify seven people – a mixture of people the person likes and dislikes write the people’s names down on cards and place them on the desk in front of you find a feature that differentiates some of these individuals from the others place the names of those with similar features adjacent to each other supply a word or phrase that best describes the common attributes held – this is one construct.

Now repeat the process and see how many different constructs can be found.
