Stress management programs are available, but many employees may choose not to participate. Although they may need stress management now more than ever, few employees want to admit that they’re stressed. In a two- or three-page paper, discuss what a supervisor can do about this paradox and whether organizations even have an ethical responsibility to help employees deal with stress.
