As it is an old urban area, the buildings do not have good resistance against fire. Almost more than 90% of the individual buildings in this city have an area less than 200 m2 and the largest building complex is about 1,000 m2. The only industry in the town, a wool and textile mill with a production of 100 tons/month, has its own water supply. What will be the design rate of water distribution system in the study area?
