Congratulations! You are being promoted to on-site manager at the Fort Lauderdale warehouse. The primary order of business is to develop a system of checks to be sure we are doing everything we can to avoid hazardous work conditions for our employees. Draft a two- to three-page memorandum that sets out a specific system for compliance.
