Does your firm follow an established sequence of actions in developing project plans? If so, are these clearly distributed and supported by training?

How are small projects handled differently from large projects in your company? What happens to projects that are in the middle?

If you were to develop a new project plan, what guidance, templates, and other support are offered in your organization?

In what areas of project management are your company’s greatest strengths and in what areas are the greatest weaknesses?
