On linked pages are the objec¬ tive measures that have been established to determine whether the service is successfully achieving these four goals. Review the goals, the performance mea¬ sures for each goal, and the budgeted and actual performance measurements for each performance measure. Write a report discussing whether the performance measures selected are appropriate for measuring achievement of the goals, and by comparing the budgeted and actual performance measurements whether the service is achieving its goals.
