Mission Statement. Select a company you are interested in or choose one from the Company Index at the back of this text. Using a search engine, such as http://www.alltheweb.com, key in the company name, followed by the words mission statement. Because not all companies include their mission statements on their Web sites, be prepared to choose more than one company until you find one that does publish its mission statement. Complete this exercise by submitting to your instructor a printout similar to the following for the company you selected:
