Jim's computer is giving him trouble, so he brings it to the local computer repair shop, Star Tech Computers. Jim has an expensive state-of-the art machine tricked out for computer gaming. Star Tech Computers has been having financial difficulties and its owner, Shady Slim, learned all about computers while serving time for fraud in the house of many doors. Regular customer, Andy Broccoli, was admiring Jim's computer in the Star Tech showroom while Shady was running it to test his repair job. Andy wanted to know if it was for sale and Shady said it was, for $1,500, but only if Andy brought him cash before the end of the day. Andy brought Shady the $1,500, took the computer, and left. Shady cleaned out his cash register, closed his bank account, and disappeared for parts unknown. Jim was upset to find that Star Tech had closed and his computer was nowhere to be found. A few weeks later a friend of his told him he had heard that Andy had his computer. Jim wants Andy to return his computer. Who owns it?
