The book served its purpose well. It’s structured in a way that's easy to follow, which was exactly what I needed while prepping for my exams. Though some sections seemed a bit drawn out, the clarity in core concepts was unwavering. I made good use of my subscription benefit and got an extra discount, which made this purchase even better!

I found this book to be incredibly insightful. It strikes a good balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application, making it suitable for both beginners and those with some accounting background. However, the textbook could have included more visual aids, like graphs and charts, to supplement the text-heavy sections. Arrived quickly and was neatly packaged, which is always a plus. Definitely worth a read!

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I came across this book since I got it free through my school’s program, but it actually turned out super helpful, especially Chapter 5 on "Accounts Receivable and Bad Debts." I had always struggled wrapping my head around how companies deal with money they might not get back, and this part really cleared that up. The way it breaks down methods for estimating uncollectible accounts made it click for me — felt way less confusing than my prof sometimes explains stuff out loud. When I went back to doing my homework problems in that chapter I understood the flow and solved them faster without second-guessing everything. The charts on estimating were handy but not overdone, which was refreshing because some books go wild with unnecessary graphs. One small gripe is some examples seemed a bit repetitive but I guess that helped me remember. The free copy was the best part lol, didn’t expect a gift that is actually useful. I'd say it’s a great pick if you’re stuck on basics of such tricky topics or even prepping for midterms. Would tell friends to grab it if they need a no-fuss explanation without all the fancy stuff messing your head up.

Got this free for my Lincoln University of Nebraska courses and it’s been pretty helpful so far. Not gonna lie, haven’t finished it but what I read already makes sense and helps with homework stuff. Shipping took like 3 days and it looks totally new. Worth grabbing if you’re in the same classes!
