This book is okay for those beginning in project management, but I felt it lacked depth in certain areas. While it provides a good overview of basic concepts, seasoned professionals might find it a bit too simplistic. Got it with a quick delivery, no issues there.

This is one of those books that every project manager should have on their shelf. The clear explanations and structured approach ensure that both new and experienced managers can benefit. I especially appreciated the detailed chapters on risk management. Took advantage of a membership discount to score this at a great price. Five stars from me!

Ordered this book on a whim with my subscription discount, and I was not disappointed. It has some great examples that helped bridge the gap between theory and practice for me. The chapter on project scheduling techniques was particularly helpful. A bit more on agile methodologies would have been nice, but overall, a solid read!

I found 'Successful Project Management, 1st Edition' to be an invaluable resource. As someone relatively new to project management, this book provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals. What stood out were the real-world examples that beautifully illustrated key concepts. Plus, the book arrived quickly, and it was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend it to any aspiring project manager.

I've been a project manager for over a decade, and 'Successful Project Management' refreshed some concepts while introducing newer practices. The blend of theory with practical application is where this book shines. However, a few more up-to-date case studies would have made it even better. Arriving promptly, it was well-packaged, which I always appreciate.
