Got this textbook on a discount for my course FIN 303: Business Valuation and Financial Analysis, and gotta say it’s pretty detailed but also kinda heavy to get through. I’m about halfway in after a week and it explains stuff well but sometimes it feels like too much info back-to-back with less pause, which can make it tough to follow fast. Print quality is okay and it shows up quicker than expected, so no complaints there. Helpful for sure, especially the examples, but I’m hoping later chapters get a bit easier to digest.

Valuing A Business, 6th Edition, provides a good mix of theoretical insights and practical approach. As someone with an intermediate understanding of business valuation, I found it very educational. Got a nice discount with my membership, which was a bonus. The book arrived a day earlier than expected, which was great. Overall, it’s a solid guide, though a few sections felt a little dense with theory.
