The BLAST "hit" compares residues 190-369 of the E. coli protein and residues 64-242 of the M. extorquens protein. Amino acid sequence identity is revealed by letters in the middle row; mismatches are spaces between the rows; and substitutions of similar amino acids are shown as a "+" in the middle row. Take a look at these "positives" as they are called in the BLAST output. Rationalize these positives based on your knowledge of Rgroup chemistry (recall the Venn diagram you made in Chapter 4).
