1. The entire group should go to www.humanmetrics.com and take the short version of the Meyer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and share the result. Share amongst your selves. Research how MBTI types differ and respond to work. Summarize your finding in a one to two page paper.
2. Prepare a responsibility matrix (RACI format) based on the WBS created.
3. In a one page paper, discuss any team related issues/challenges you might be facing with getting work done and working together
