Clarina and Moses, the owners of a small family-owned pharmacy, complain to their supplier, the Liles Pharmaceutical Supply Company, that the prices Liles charges them for their pharmaceuticals are higher than those they charge Belvinco, a national drug store chain which also purchases from Liles. Since this makes Clarina and Moses have to charge more for their prescriptions than the larger chain, they allege that it is anticompetitive and illegal. Is it?
