i) Use the survey commands in SAS and Stata to re-estimate the logit model that you estimated in Question 16.1 ii) Use the survey commands in SAS and Stata to re-estimate the multinomial logit that you estimated in Question 17.1, with the fourth category (obese)

as the baseline.

iii) Use the survey commands in SAS and Stata to re-estimate the ordered logit that you estimated in Question 17.2.

b) Write-Up Tasks.
i) Create a table summarizing the results from the survey commands and the original results, similar to Tabl 17.5-.-

ii) Discuss how the results from the survey commands compare to the original results.
