The successful approaches in evaluating regulatory effectiveness vary across the developing countries due to the different prevailing regulations and legal systems. In addition, the following two groups of government, and regulatory bodies, have oversight over the elements that contribute to that effectiveness. Using case examples, discuss these approaches by highlighting some the regulatory indicators as implemented from the two groups.
