With a classmate, invent a hypothetical organization that is currently hiring. Write out an exhaustive list of potential interview questions for a certain position. Then take turns role-playing the interview from each perspective. When you take on the role of interviewer, select questions randomly from the list, so the interviewee will need to prepare in advance as he or she would for a real job interview.
