Assess Credibility (LO 1.1, LO 1.2)

Think about four people:

(a) a person who lacks complete credibility because he or she lacks competence,

(b) a person who lacks credibility because he or she lacks caring,

(c) a person who lacks credibility because he or she lacks character, and

(d) a person with complete credibility. Compare and contrast these four individuals in terms of communication effectiveness in the workplace.
