Think about how well you listen in high-pressure environments or when you’re busy. Explain how well you do at each of the following active listening skills: paying attention, holding judgment, reflecting, clarifying, and sharing. For each skill, take approximately two paragraphs to explain how well you do these skills and think of strategies to help you improve.
