The store manager, Rocky Mildano, quickly replied “OK.”Apparently,he hadn’t checked with Sam Sampson,the owner, before approving the change. Today, you received a voice mail from Sam. He wasn’t angry, just hurt that you would treat a long-term customer so shabbily.He asked that next week’s ad be free and back on page 2.
