(c) As an alternative to class discussion, draft an agenda and hold a meeting of the company's Board of Directors to discuss arrangements. For this exercise it is suggested that half the students be given time in which to prepare roles and plan short reports, to be given orally, on, for instance, finance, movement of plant, security, co-ordination with unions, discussions with employees.

The remainder of the class should take notes at the meeting and prepare minutes afterwards.
