Students may visit writing centers where they receive useful advice and help. However, some well-meaning tutors take over, revising documents until they don’t resemble the original student work. Instructors worry that the resulting documents amount to cheating. Yet in the workplace today, writers must collaborate, and drafts go through multiple revisions.
