Your firm has decided to remove its commercial offices to a country market town. Premises are available but before a final decision is made the Personnel Director, your employer, with one or two other executives, is visiting the area to investigate the availability of labour, housing, transport facilities, etc. His visit will cover three days.

As his secretary prepare a memorandum detailing the arrangements with which you have been concerned for hotel bookings, appointments with Town Clerk, Youth Employment Officers, transport officials, etc.
