1. In groups of no more than five students each, consider how each of you decided into which university or program you wanted to enroll. Each member should write down on a piece of paper two lists: (1) the important factors (criteria)

that you considered and (2) the specific universities or programs you considered. As a group, consider what factors you had in common and which ones were different. Do the same for the specific universities or programs. Describe where each of you got your information for this problem.

Also, think about what types of software you could have used (a DSS) to help you in the decision-making process.

Write up your results in a report.
