I think there are a lot of qualities that go into being a good tutor. A few of the most important skills for the field are patience and communication. Since you’re dealing with students and their weaknesses, you need to be patient in whatever circumstances arise. Additionally, the only way to do your job as a tutor is to convey tough information to students through communication.
