You can rate your competence in the Coaching style as follows: The maximum score is 60. If you have 48 or above, you are a natural at the coaching style but may still need to learn specific techniques. If you have 36-48, you are good but may need some further development. If you score 24-36, some improvement is probably needed. If you scored less than 24, a significant improvement is needed.

You can rate your competence in the Visionary style as follows: The maximum score is 80. If you have 64 or above, you are a natural at the Visionary style but may still need to learn specific techniques. If you have 48-64, you are good but may need some further development. If you score 32-48, some improvement is probably needed. If you scored less than 32, a significant improvement is needed. Note: Most leaders in our experience will have a better rating (e.g. "natural", "good", "some improvement" or "significant improvement") in the Visionary style than in the Coaching style. Finally, take a look at the granular behaviours where you scored lowest compared to your other scores. What would it take for you to improve these scores? Choose 1-3 granular behaviours to work on to improve your leadership.
