On your own or with a classmate, choose a product whose brand name (including its name, symbol, colors, and so forth) you think could be improved. You can search the Internet, look at magazines, or watch television commercials to make your selection. Outline why you think the brand name is weak—then create a new one for the product, illustrating it with a poster, advertisement, or other visual presentation. Include packaging or labeling if applicable. Explain why you think your new brand name will be more effective than the old one.
