Tis time, however, the message leaves you worried about its practical and ethical implications: it aggressively tries to push more experienced and higher-paid engineers out o their jobs in order to make room or less experienced and lower-paid substitutes (see Figure 7–5). Will this message demoralize and antagonize its recipients? Could it cause a “brain drain” and loss o tacit knowledge at Phoenix? Does this message constitute age discrimination?
