Do everything possible to get the students to identify with Dee. Ask questions like:

a. Is anyone here majoring in marketing?

b. What do you think of using a blog to provide information to salespeople?

c. Can you imagine wanting to do this?

d. Even if you don’t major in marketing, can you see the need for this sort of information and blog delivery?
