In that sense you are all new to each other. You look at your team; it seems very balanced and diverse. They are gender diverse; two fresh graduates, three mature salespeople and two who have been with the company for two decades. They are also a mix of Indigenous Australians, non-Indigenous Australians and migrant workers. They are already introducing each other. What stage of team development is it?
