6. It is argued that warrant is attached to debt issues as sweeteners. The attachment of warrants with a large issue of debt may add to the marketability of issue. Also, when the money supply is tight and company is believed to be financially and operationally risky, warrants may enable the company to raize needed funds from the market. Critically evaluate this public issue in the light of above factors.
