Ralph is still trying to decide whether or not he should leave his job at Silver Service and open his own shop. He is 35 years old and in good health. He has a wife and three small children (ages 1, 3, and 8).

Ralph and his family just moved a year ago into a larger home in the suburbs that would fit his growing family. Because of the children he and his wife, Peggy, have decided that it is best for her to stay at home to raise the children. They have a large mortgage on their home ($150,000). Although their finances are tight they have been able to make ends meet based on his current income.
