and are estimated to be $0.75, $0.40, and $0.55 per direct labor hour, respectively. Fixed overhead costs for property taxes, equipment depreciation, and night security are expected to be $1,500, $900, and $1,100, respectively, each quarter. Linden keeps a minimal staff during the winter season and then expands its workforce substantially during the gardening season.
